Job summary

Ennoble Care in Morris County, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide in-home care for multiple patients. You will support daily living activities, monitor patients, and work with a hospice-focused care team.

Qualified candidates will have NJ CHHA certification, a valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, and reliable transportation. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and flexible shifts including tuck-ins.

Qualifications

NJ Board of Nursing approved homemaker-home health aide training program completed.
Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours of practical training.
One year experience as CNA, hospice aide or home health aide preferred.
Must be 18 years or older; must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle; good communication skills in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

Care for a census of 5-6 patients in their homes.
Assist with ADLs including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer activities; frequent turning for bed-bound patients.
Support prescribed exercises and ROM as taught by Hospice Nurse.
Light housekeeping of patient unit, bed linen changes, and laundry.
Feed and assist with meals; report changes to Nurse.
Position includes full-time and tuck-in shifts.
