Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Skilled Certified Home Health Aide or Companion Caregiver to provide compassionate care in Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties. Assist seniors to age in place and support daily activities with dignity and respect.

Eligible candidates must hold NJ CHHA license, complete a 2-step PPD, provide a current physical within 12 months and MMR vaccination. Strong English skills and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide required.
• 2-step PPD completed.
• Physical within the last 12 months.
• MMR vaccination.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Record and report patient data as medically necessary.
• Help with planning appointments and transportation for patients.
• Provide support with dressing, bathing and home routines.
• Possess light housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
