Right at Home is hiring a Skilled Certified Home Health Aide or Companion Caregiver to provide compassionate care in Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties, NJ. You will support seniors to age in place and help with daily activities, appointments, and transportation as needed.

The role requires NJ CHHA licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and clear health screenings. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide a must.
• 2-step PPD
• Physical within the last 12 months
• MMR
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing or bathing.
• Plan and coordinate doctor appointments and meetings.
• Organize transportation for appointments as needed.
• Provide facility work, hourly or live-in assistance.
• Record and report patient data to nurses as medically necessary.
