Distinctive Living seeks a CHHA/CNA to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care at Mira Vie in Manalapan, NJ. The role involves direct care, observation, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' highest level of functioning.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to management, assisting with meals and activities of daily living, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while upholding facility standards and HIPAA guidelines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide direct resident care per individualized plan.
• Report changes in resident status to management.
• Document care provided and relevant observations.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and ADL tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and surroundings.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in care planning meetings and team communication.
