Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification or CNA license.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate communication with clients, families, and the care team.
• Deliver reliable, respectful, and person-centered care.
