Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey required.
• Experience in home care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to high-quality care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Monitor and report health changes to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
