Qualifications
- Must have NJ HHA certification.
- Previous home care or related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in health status to care coordinator.
- Follow care plans with compassion and respect.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
