Job summary

Always Best Care of Basking Ridge is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home assistance for a female client in Basking Ridge, NJ. This full-time, 35-hour-per-week role offers Monday through Friday shifts from 9am to 4pm, in a welcoming townhome, with one-on-one care.

Applicants must hold a NJ CHHA license, be able to pass a background check, have a valid NJ driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the United States. PPE and ongoing training are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA license in good standing
• Evidence of MMR vaccine & negative TB
• NJ Driver's license in good standing
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify)
• Proficient in English, clear speaking and with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assistance with ADLs for an ambulatory female
• IADLs: such as Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation
• Able to create and maintain a positive, cheerful environment
