Thomson Health & Rehab in Wrens, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health signals, and support the care team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidates are state-certified CNAs with excellent communication, empathy for elderly residents, and the ability to manage physical tasks.

Formación

• Currently certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the state.
• Organized and detail-oriented in work performance.
• Good communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled residents.
• Adhere to Resident Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Able to meet physical demands and provide essential duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption.
• Turn and position residents regularly and assist with feeding as needed.
• Observe changes in condition and report to Charge Nurse.
• Contribute to data collection for MDS and care plan development.
• Ensure adequate hydration and transport to dining area when required.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and confidentiality.
