Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA certification or equivalent within 12 months; ABR-OE accepted.
• Minimum 1 year medical assistant experience; clerical experience in a physician's office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Review and update patient charts; verify diagnostic tests and records.
• Measure vital signs: pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals, answer phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; perform other duties as assigned.
