Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Drivers preferred.
• Ability to observe patients and respond promptly to changing health conditions.
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility tasks and perform caregiving duties throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct home care including personal care and grooming.
• Assist with ambulation and special procedures.
• Homemaking, meal preparation, light housekeeping.
• Support with activities of daily living.
• Travel to client homes for care delivery.
