Job summary

Bickford Senior Living seeks a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassionate, dignified daily care in our Battle Creek branch. You will follow each resident's care plan and help with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement.

Required CNA license in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills. We offer daily pay options, a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to take additional state-specific training.
• Knowledge of dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
