Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Cemetery Groundskeeper to care for the grounds, operate maintenance equipment, and support funeral services with a strong emphasis on safety and customer care.

You will perform landscape tasks, maintain equipment, and assist with snow removal and vault/headstone installations as needed, reporting to the Grounds Superintendent. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 80 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency required.
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weed-whacking and mowing.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Support all funeral services functions as needed.
• Operate machinery safely.
• Install cemetery vaults and headstones as required.
• Assist with snow removal when applicable.
• Handle daily maintenance tasks and report to Grounds Superintendent.
