Job summary

Grace Management Inc. seeks a Driver for The Ranch Estates of Tucson to transport residents safely to activities and events, and to assist with light maintenance tasks and program support.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a supportive, family-like community. Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Maintain and monitor safety and upkeep of the vehicle(s).
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and activity support.
• Ensure resident safety during boarding and transit.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor promptly.
