Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to join our team. We provide personalized in-home care to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.

Whether you want extra hours or a steady schedule, we offer full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, start-to-day-one PTO accrual, and opportunities for growth as we expand across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and safety monitoring.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Run errands and support daily routines.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report changes.
