Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee, providing personalized in-home care to keep clients safe, comfortable and independent at home. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We are seeking experienced caregivers who are ready to work, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, weekly pay, and a supportive scheduling team to help you grow with our expanding company.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
