Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We provide personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.

We offer flexible schedules including full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay and benefits after the initial period. Join us to make a meaningful impact while growing with a company expanding across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Run errands and assist with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans and maintain a safe home.
