Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, PCA, Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Personal Care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Companion care and emotional support.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care.
• Fall prevention and safety monitoring.
• Assistance with ADLs.
• Communication with family members and care team.
• Accurate documentation of client care.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current TB Test.
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
