Job summary

Assisting Hands of North County seeks warm, dedicated caregivers to join our growing Oceanside team. This in-home role offers rewarding opportunities to help seniors and individuals needing compassionate, hands-on support in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, monitor safety, assist with daily activities, and communicate effectively with clients and family members. CPR/First Aid is a plus, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and a dependable, trustworthy nature.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-home care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Support activities of daily living and ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain compassionate, personalized care and communicate with the care team.
