Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the individualized service plan (ISP) for each assigned resident.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing.
• Provide behavioral prompts and supportive assistance to residents as needed.
• Encourage residents in scheduled activities and provide transportation.
