Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking caregivers for immediate openings in Crafton Heights (15220), Crafton (15205), Squirrel Hill (15217), and Hazelwood (15207). You will support clients with daily living activities per their care plans and ensure safety and independence.

We provide training, PPE, and certifications (CPR/First Aid/Dementia) and offer weekly pay, PTO, and in-services. Must meet minimum hours and pass orientation; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old or older.
High School diploma or GED required.
CNA certification preferred but not required.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
Must pass orientation exam with 80% passing score.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living per care plan.
Provide training and PPE access as needed.
Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
Complete instrumental activities of daily living per client plan.
Demonstrate independent living philosophy and encourage client independence.
