Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Crafton Heights, Squirrel Hill, Hazelwood and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain client independence while receiving training and PPE to perform effectively.

The role offers paid training, dementia instruction, and weekly pay as part of a supportive, inclusive team committed to quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation and exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Encourage independence and provide needed training/tools.
• Provide PPE and safety for clients and staff.
• Complete instrumental ADLs as per care plan.
