Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to join our growing team across Tennessee. We provide in-home, private-pay care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Weekly pay, flexible full-time or part-time opportunities, and a supportive scheduling team. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Errands and daily routines support.
• Follow client care plans.
• Maintain a safe home environment.
• Report changes to the care team.
