Home Instead is urgently hiring experienced caregivers in the California area to support clients in their homes. The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care with opportunities to learn and grow, supported by technology and office staff.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and help with personal care tasks while building strong client relationships. Weekly pay and eligibility-based benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Willing to work with at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide personal care including grooming and bathing support and managing incontinence.
• Use our caregiver app to record client needs, schedule, and earnings.
