Job summary

Home Instead in the Dallas area is seeking a dedicated Caregiver. You’ll provide compassionate in-home care, build relationships with clients, and work with a supportive office team that offers 24/7 assistance.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to reach clients’ homes, with paid training and safety protocols in place. This full-time position pays $14.50 to $15.50 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and opportunities for advancement, benefits eligibility, mileage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Complete any compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, and incontinence management.
• Dedicated support from the team, available 24/7.
• Leverage the mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, scheduling, and earnings.
