Home Instead is seeking a Caregiver in Saint Peters, MO. The role focuses on companionship and compassionate caregiving for seniors, with dedicated team support and leading scheduling tools. Weekly pay and eligible benefits are provided.

The position requires at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LPN/RN) and the ability to work with the same client on at least two shifts weekly. Basic English skills are necessary, with compliance requirements to be met.

Qualifications

• 6 months of paid caregiving experience or hold CNA/HHA/LPN/RN certification.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing abilities required; bilinguals encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services (grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence management).
• Dedicated support from a 24/7 team and scheduling app.
• Use the mobile app for real-time client updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking.
