Home Instead is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care in Pontiac, MI. You will earn $15.25–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits where eligible, including paid training and holidays. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English reading/writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.
