Job summary

Honor is seeking a dedicated Home Caregiver in Dexter, Michigan. You will provide compassionate in-home care to help seniors stay safe and independent, with clear pay, reliable hours, and benefits.

This role emphasizes companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation while building strong relationships with clients. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN), a valid driver's license, and basic English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
