University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team in Dexter, MI. You will provide in-home care to clients, helping with daily activities, mobility, and safety while delivering emotional support and companionship.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, reliability, and effective communication with clients and families. A high school diploma and a valid driver7s license are preferred, with wages ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a plus).
• Previous PSW or caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with mobility and transfers while ensuring safety.
• Monitor health and report changes to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
