Qualifications

• Current CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or upon hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Help residents remain independent, safe, and confident.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or needs.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
