Job summary

IVY Park at San Marino is a premier senior living community, seeking a Caregiver with no prior experience required. We train the right candidate to provide daily care and support to residents, promoting independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to needs, and maintaining safety, with a focus on dignity and resident-centered care in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes in condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
