Job summary

Arden Courts of Wayne is seeking a caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and social engagement. You will be part of the Health & Wellness Team, delivering compassionate support and ensuring safety and dignity for residents in a memory-care setting.

The role offers competitive base pay ($18.75–$21.10 per hour) plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a broad benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English.
• Experience with elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living activities including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support with behavior management, socialization, and activities.
• Ensure safety and provide information needs within a memory-care setting.
