Job summary

Arden Courts in Northbrook, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities. You will provide personal care, meals, mobility support, and participate in social activities under the Health & Wellness Team.

Compensation includes base pay $17.50–$20.65 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a broad benefits package. Excellent training and career growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
• Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly & previous dementia experience preferred
• Certification: Certification required according to state regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in all aspects of daily life including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation and information needs
• As a member of the Health & Wellness Team, ensure industry-leading resident care
• Participate in daily care routines and document changes in resident condition
