Job summary

Arden Courts of Whippany is hiring a part-time Caregiver to assist residents with daily living, including personal care, meals, and activities. You will work with the Health & Wellness Team to ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing, and the ability to speak English. Prior dementia experience is preferred; certification as required by state regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English.
• Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry and activities.
• Support residents as part of the Health & Wellness Team to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide orientation and information to residents and families as needed.
