Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• Hands-on personal care for older adults is strongly preferred.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
