Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Suwanee, GA. This full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) position includes weekend rotation and on-call shifts. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety and social engagement, and document care in our records.

The ideal candidate embraces hospitality, teamwork and a growth mindset. CNAs are welcome but not required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a caregiver or relevant caregiving training.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Reliable and consistent attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents.
• Promote socialization while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
