Job summary

Cretsinger Care Homes is seeking compassionate caregivers to monitor and support residents across four licensed adult foster care homes in Battle Creek, Michigan. You will provide daily living assistance, administer medications, and collaborate on individual plans to promote wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise residents at all times.
• Provide services per Person Centered Plans and assessment/behavior support plans.
• Assist with personal care such as diapering, bathing, feeding, etc.
• Perform laundry, meal preparation and service, dishwashing, cleaning tasks.
• Dispense medications using med passing procedures and charts.
• Complete shift documentation, med logs and data collection.
• Engage residents in activities and maintain hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain professional conduct.
