Meridian Senior Living is hiring a part-time Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents in daily activities at Villas of Holly Brook Chatham, IL. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care, while maintaining accurate care records and communicating changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and complete training as required by State regulations.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must demonstrate ability to work as a team member and individually.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
