Legend Senior Living in Mansfield, TX is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities. This part-time role focuses on compassionate care and maintaining residents’ comfort and dignity in a warm community.

You will document tasks, assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and social engagement, and collaborate with the nursing team. Experience preferred; compassion essential; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care of residents: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs or concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
