Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or health care setting preferred.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform frequent bending.
• Knowledge of caregiving practices and procedures to follow accepted standards.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver responsibilities: assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting); provide companionship and emotional support; assist with meal preparation and serving; maintain clean and safe living environment; document care and report changes in residents’ conditions.
