Gardens at Columbine in Littleton, CO is seeking compassionate Caregivers and QMAP Medication Technicians for our assisted living and memory care community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
• Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Communicate effectively with team members via radios
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Administer medications following the Seven Rights
• Accurately document and reorder medications
• Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice and regulations

Caregiver Responsibilities
