Job summary
Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate caregivers for PCA, HHA, or CNA roles to provide in-home personal care. You will support patients with daily living activities, medication reminders, safety, and companionship in their homes across Indiana.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
- Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient laundry.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Report significant changes to supervisor.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
- Monitor and record patient temperature.
- Assist patients with ambulation.
- Conduct range of motion exercises and simple activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow care protocols.
- Follow privacy and infection control guidelines.
- Offer bathing assistance.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
