Job summary

Live Well Homecare in California is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

You will assist with ADLs, follow individualized care plans, and promote safety, dignity, and independence while engaging residents in daily activities and conversations. Opportunities for training, growth, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Provide enriching experiences for memory care residents.
