LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in California is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting safety and dignity, supporting dining, keeping environment clean, and communicating with families. The pay range is $17.20–$21.55 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while following ISP and documenting changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate with families and care teams.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
