Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work one-on-one with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help recipients reach personal goals in their homes and communities.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay as part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving lives.

Experience in caregiving preferred; must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
• Support community outings to grow personal goals outside home.
• Follow care plans and document progress.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregiver to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
