Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work one-on-one with recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will also accompany recipients to community activities to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiving in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities.
• Assist recipients with community outings to help grow personal goals outside the home.
