Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Follow medication administration protocols as required for each resident.
• Report any unusual changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff immediately.
• Maintain resident safety and dignity throughout services provided.
• Complete daily assignment sheets accurately during shift.
