Job summary

MARAVIDA Sarasota MGT LLC is seeking an experienced Caregiver to deliver compassionate care in a residential setting. You will assist with ADLs, meal support, light housekeeping, and documentation under RN oversight, promoting dignity and independence for residents.

Prior CNA training welcome; must pass a background check; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team. This role may be full-time or part-time, on-site in Sarasota, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required by Florida rules.
• CNA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meal preparation, dining, and hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervision.
• Administer medications and delegated health-related services if authorized.
• Complete documentation and care records accurately.
• Foster relationships and promote social engagement and dignity.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Follow infection control and confidentiality protocols.
