Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Orange County. You’ll follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, meals, medication reminders, and companionship, while reporting updates to the care team.

The role values reliability, empathy, and a proactive, self-starting approach. Compensation is set per CA assignments with pay rates between $16.90 and $19.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits program is available after joining.

Qualifications

• Two caregiving references from trustworthy sources.
• Valid ID to comply with I-9 requirements.
• Negative TB test; TB test covered if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Meal preparation and nutrition support.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Follow the client care plan and give updates as needed.
• Run errands or transportation as required.
