Job summary

Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision.

Dependability and trustworthiness to ensure safety.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lb and assist mobility.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
Background checks and health screening compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Administer medications as directed and document accordingly.
Offer companionship through meaningful conversations and activities.
Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Prepare and serve meals per dietary guidelines and preferences.
Support mobility with transferring, repositioning, and walking assistance.
Observe and report changes in health or behavior to supervisors.
Follow care plans and document all services provided.
Provide transportation or accompany residents to appointments and activities.
